At Primeor Solutions, we strive to ensure maximum satisfaction with our IT consulting services and our academic internship programs. This document outlines our policy regarding refunds for processing fees and consulting charges.
Any documentation or certification processing fees associated with our remote internship programs are strictly non-refundable once the candidate has received their deliverables (Offer Letter, LOR, or Completion Certificate). The fee covers the administrative and evaluation costs incurred by our team.
Refunds for enterprise IT consulting, data analytics infrastructure development, or custom Power BI dashboards will be governed strictly by the stipulations outlined in the individual Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed prior to engagement.
If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your transaction ID and the rationale for the dispute.
